I. Precautions Before Use

1. Before operating a deck crane, perform an equipment inspection to ensure the boom, hook, rope, brake, and other components are in good condition to ensure proper operation.

2. Strictly adhere to operating procedures. When operating a deck crane, follow these procedures to avoid accidents caused by incorrect operation.

3. Do not overload. When operating a deck crane, strictly adhere to load limits to avoid accidents caused by overloading.

4. Maintain the equipment in a clean and sanitary condition. To ensure long-term reliable operation, the equipment must be cleaned and maintained regularly.

II. Precautions During Operation

1. Control the Lifting Speed: When operating a crane, the lifting speed must be controlled to avoid accidents caused by overspeed or overspeed.

2. Maintain a Clear Line of Sight: When operating a deck crane, ensure a clear line of sight to avoid accidents caused by an obstructed view.

3. Maintain a Safe Distance: During lifting, maintain a safe distance to prevent workers from being struck or crushed by the lifted objects.

4. Secure the Load: When using a deck crane, ensure that the load is securely secured to prevent it from falling and causing an accident.

5. Avoid Operator Fatigue: After operating a deck crane for extended periods, take a proper rest to avoid accidents caused by operator fatigue.

6. Dedicated Personnel and Signal Verification: Lifting operations must be directed by a dedicated person, using standardized hand signals. Ensure clear signals and that there are no people or obstacles within the boom's slewing range.

7. Environmental adaptation: In winter, when the temperature is low (below 5°C), the machine needs to switch to winter operating mode to ensure normal operation of the hydraulic system; in summer, when the temperature is high (over 85°C), the machine needs to stop operating to prevent overheating.

III. Emergency Response

1. Sudden Failure: Immediately cease operations and notify maintenance personnel.

2. Personnel Training: Operators must receive specialized training to familiarize themselves with equipment performance, limit protections, and emergency stop procedures to avoid accidents caused by operational errors.
